The OpenInfra Summit Europe runs on a community-led model, ensuring a more accessible, inclusive, and impactful event. This means that the OpenInfra Summit is designed by the community, for the community—allowing us to focus on what truly matters to OpenInfra contributors, users, and organizations.

The OpenInfra Summit Planning Committee is open to anyone from the OpenInfra community who wants to help shape this event. The OpenInfra planning committee is currently recruiting folks who would like to volunteer for:

• Programming Committee (Assisting in the schedule and CFP process)

  • The deadline to apply for the programming committee is 16 April. Apply >>

• Sponsor Committee (Assisting in the sponsor recruitment process)

• Tourism Committee (Assists with travel and tourism information development)

• Marketing Committee (Assists with event promotion, developing graphics, and media coordination)

• Student Engagement Committee (Assists with student engagement activities)

• Onsite Volunteers (Assists with room proctoring, registration desk, and other to-be-determined tasks)
