Welcome to the OpenInfra Summit Europe 2025!

This is where you’ll find almost anything you need while on site at the OpenInfra Summit, including the venue map, Wifi credentials, the schedule, where to get help, health & safety protocols, and the code of conduct.

HELPFUL RESOURCES

• Where to Get Help

  • Registration is located on the ground level at the primary entrance off the École Polytechnique plaza. This area will always be staffed and can provide updates on lost items, as well as answers to venue and OpenInfra Summit questions.
  • Have questions? Email summit@openinfra.dev

• OpenInfra Lounge

  • On level 1, this is a place to find a seat and charge your devices. This is also where you will be able to pick up your official OpenInfra Summit shirt sponsored by STACKIT.

• Meals

  • Friday: Onsite lunch and happy hour
  • Saturday & Sunday: Light breakfast and coffee, onsite lunch, and afternoon coffee service
  • Vegan and gluten-free options will be available.

• Onsite Security

  • In order to ensure the safety of both the attendees of the OpenInfra Summit and students of École Polytechnique, security will be conducting random bag searches during registration.
